Cloisters Inspirations offers a ‘gentleman’s daughter’ with the following colours available to order on-line, all of which will have detailed floral/foliage/regency detail delicately embossed in the material (e.g. Lemon has tiny white flowers interspersed in the basic Lemon colour):

When submitting your Order Form for a Regency Dress, please be sure to give your required height in the box provided. The measurement for this needs to be taken from the base of your neck (not nape) where it joins the line of your shoulders right down to the base of your heel – please take this measurement without shoes on, as mistakes cannot be rectified if you submit inaccurate measurements.

Regency Day Dress

In the true Regency style of the late 1700’s to early 1800’s, these dresses are an absolute must for a lady of notable birth to wear during the day. In the evening, she would retire to her chambers to dress for the evening into a more elaborate gown. These lovely Regency Dresses are suitable for Re-enactments, Daytime Themed Events, Weddings (including Bridesmaids), Theatre/Stage, Fancy Dress or if attending ‘The Jane Austen Festival’ (Bath, 18th to 27th September 2009. They are made from machine washable quality poly-cotton, and, as of the period, tend to be made in pale colours. Please note all prices include delivery and packaging.
