Please allow 2-3 weeks for your individual order to reach you. Each costume is created just for you, and is not a factory, mass-produced item. Your costume(s) will bear the Cloisters label, and will arrive complete with instructions as to how to launder it. Although we use only the highest quality material to create your costume we strive to ensure that these materials can be home-laundered, thus avoiding costly and time-consuming trips to the dry-cleaners.
In addition to this, we offer a free of charge repair service (you pay only the postage) should your costume receive damage whilst being worn. Yet, please bear in mind, repairs can only be carried out on damage that can be repaired without detracting from the overall appeal of your costume.
Conditions of on-line ordering
- · Payment in full upon order.
- · Payment via PayPal - PayPal is quick, secure (for both parties), and is easy to set up an account. Immediate commencement of your costume(s) guaranteed.
- · Payment by Postal Orders – Please ensure these are printed with Mrs. N. Bull on them to ensure maximum security for you should they go astray in the post. Upon receipt of Postal Orders work on your chosen costume(s) will commence immediately.
- · Payment by cheque – Please ensure these are made out to either Mr. C. Bull or Mrs. N. Bull (or both). Please be advised that cheques have to be given 5-working days clearance before work on your chosen costume(s) can commence.
Please Note: As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you with information on where to send your payment to or which account to send your PayPal payment transfer to.
